Cool, same dealer my 65 Acadian came from. It looks like your car was built about 6 weeks later.

This car has no power steering or power brakes. The rest seems fit like the Parisienne besides the 6 cyl engine.Would this car been dealer stock or ordered this way?

I don't think there is any way to tell, even if you get the GM documents.

It does seem a bit unusual that a dealer would order it that way for stock though.

Its kind of an odd model to be so plain.  4 door hardtops were usually a bit more plush, I would have thought.  Still  smooth looking machine and speaking as a guy who drives an old six powered truck, it will be super easy to work on.

If you want to put a radio in there I have a few 65/66  AM's

Nice car...

Pontiac spinner covers

These are PMD covers and correct for U.S. cars
If your friends don't know Canadian Poncho history, you can "get by" with these..

If you know any "cruise night" lawyers   forget buying...     80.00 for all four

It makes cruising a bit more pleasant even with just AM.  I'd have to some digging in my parts cars to get the right speaker mount but I think I have one of those.  Does your dash pad have a speaker grille in it I wonder?  If it doesn't it might be easier to mount a speaker in the back package tray.  Any way we'll see.

My car has a speaker place on top of the dash,I have lots of spare dashes, speakers .I dont want to run any wires to the back .It may be already wired as these cars usually had a radio. The one thing it the antenna,I dont want to drill the fender yet.I do want to put a radio in but I think I am needing the knobs for 65.I have some radios but they will just be a filler.More pics of it in Ontario,my driveway.
