Acording this site is the wheel and cap for a 67 and 68 model 300 chevelle.  The 300 Deluxe is different.

Just a heads up, I'm pretty sure that photo of the 2 spoke is a '66 wheel, which would be a different horn button from a '67 (but you may want to verify that with someone else.)
