Down here in Louisana I got a big ice storm, Shreveport, LA got 5 inches, Houston, TX got 6 inches, and Dallas, TX got 9 inches.
The Green Bay Packer fans say they will feel right at home in Dallas Sunday for the Super Bowl.

Seen that on the news last night, I hope the roof on their dome has no issues with the wieght of ice/snow.  disbelief

If the roof did fail and completely soaked the field, Green Bay would surely feel at home then. biggrin Game on.




Does your big box stores in the south even have an isle for snows shovels??

We got hit pretty good today. There's 9" of fresh snow on my deck. The side streets are a mess - cars stuck all over the place. We had zero warning of this coming.

Same here, the forecast was light snow but we got another 12cm. I was out on the 401 for an hour, it was completely snow covered....mayhem, the biggest hazzards I came accross were those people doing 30 kph driving down the cente of the road and the 4x4 Cowboys doing 100 kph flying past everyone.

We are getting another 25 cm of snow/freezing rain here today. The Fisherman down the road said we are getting hit Tues. & Thurs. also. I just hope I get a satellite signal today ... Superbowl Sunday and my Steelers are in it!
