Still can't figure out WHY? anyone would do that to themselves!!! Looks GROSS, have to live with it for the rest of your life!!! Must have an "insecurity" issue!!! Especially turns me off when it's on a FEMALE!! I guess. "to each there own " BUT "YUCK"

Its major insecurity!   lack of Disipline!  No leadership in teachers     

If i did that as a young man, my father would have removed it with a hot knife   on the spot!   

I used to afraid of the strap at school, 'cause I knew I'd get worse at home, if he found out.....   thank God he disiplined me

I like tastefull tatto's but hate them on women! I have lots of tatto's but they are all tastefull and my own art work. Alot of my tatts are family related have a really nice john Deere Tribute to my grandfather, also have a really nice pin up girl sitting on my shop logo. And a ghost rider on my forarm old pan head harley with apes the original art work the ghost was scarry but I had them change it so he was friendly with a smile!LOL
