Cool car but a tougher sell modified/goofed up from stock and so many other good deals at similar $ out there..
Being an export car it'd be interesting to see the Cowl tag and/or any original paperwork..
And the 160 Speedo head is very cool especially being the face has no Imperial or KM markings!.

Brings back memories. Dad used to have a brown 75. Had a couple of unusual options though, front passenger air bags so no shoulder belts with the seat belt smile

and no tilt or telescope on the steering

also no glove box, just a little box on the hump under the dash, as well the car had rear antilock brakes. Cadillac was way ahead of the times. smile

That is incredible, just incredible. $8.000 and look what you can get, a real automobile. It is just amazing what we have to pay for todays modern junk and real cars like this Caddy only get this, if that. That is so sad to me that real cars of the past are getting so little. It is too bad that todays gas prices are into the stratosphere or many people would give cars like this a good look. I have always loved the big barges of the 70's. I have one, a 1974 Chevrolet Caprice Estate wagon with 400 V-8 and it is probably worse on fuel than this Caddy is, but i still love it and drive it. I think the day will come in the future when a lot of these 70's land yachts are highly collectible and valuable. They seem to be becoming more and more rare and harder to find because of the sad attitude people have had towards them in the past. Take demo derby for example, the sheer amount of cars that have been lost to this goofy past time is shocking and in my opinion very sad. It is nice to see survivors like this big Caddy, very nice indeed. SAVE A LAND YACHT TODAY CRUSH A HONDA. Cheers. George.
