Also wishing you the best Jonathan. Those nurses can be a good catch. I got one but I didn't have to go through much pain to get her.

Jonathan, glad you're back!!! You can exercise by doing some "light duty" on your car.
I know it's not a laughing matter, but your post sounded like an old man wrote it!
Get better, Darryl.

That's all good advice Jonathan. I ate way too many burgers and fries when I was your age and paid for it by losing my gall bladder at age 37.

i used to have a hiatus hernia too, so they had me drop a couple of pounds (okay more then a couple) and hasn't bothered me since. i've always follow the theory everything in moderation and never any food that's been modified ie low salt, low fat, artificial sweeten and so on.

still very good news only have to watch your diet and they aren't cutting you up

glad your alright, too bad yo have to cut out all he good stuff but its not too bad, ive been doing it for 2 months now and i dont really crave any fast food. When we get groceries we just go around the outside aisles and get alot of veggies, then meat, then your milk, yogurt, cheese and such. We eat alot of fat free stuff and non preservative foods. Its the eat clean diet i believe, and it works really good. The wife actually bakes now (it usually turns out alright!) and i make alot of stirfrys. Ive lost 7-8 pounds so far, but i dont exercise either which would make a big difference.

As for the exercise get your self into a routine. Every morning before going to
work I use my stepping machine. Then do stretches and crunches. It takes me
about 45minutes but I,m watching the morning news at the same time. Not so
boring then. Unlike you, I need to exercise for my lower back and hip muscles. In
my trade we call it Mechanic,s Hip.
All the best and remember do something interesting at the same time. I like to say
it takes the work out of work out.
