RE: surgery

Glad to hear that its not anything worse!  I'm always amazed at the crap fuel we put into our bodies, but wouldnt dare do it to our cars if we knew the fuel would damage it, and make it operate well below capacity.   Its the only vehicle that we cant replace. Me included, but always looking to do better. If you do follow the doc's advice, you'll notice how it positively affects every aspect, like moods, energy, outlook etc...   Good luck, glad your back.

Glad the procedure went well (sounds like you had no bad side effects) and they diagnosed your problems, could have been LOTS worse, dieting is not so bad, drink lots of water, I mean LOTS of water, as far as the exercise, maybe invest in a gym? It's easier to plan "every day at X o'clock I go to the gym for an hour" that to rely on self will to do it at home, eh? And at the gym you are not alone, others struggling with you. Just a thought.

Take care,
Dave
