There is a dealer in Toronto east of Victoria Park on the Danfoth and all he deals in is ex-police cars. He seems to get a good assortment of colours, well at least not always white ones. I've seen Toronto Police, OPP, RCMP, Military Police and other provincial law enforcement cars in there, mainly Crown Vics or Ford Interceptors but also Impalas.
They are not too old usually ones he just picked up at auction. Last time I asked they were 2007 models and he said $4000, $500 extra if you want a coloured one like silver, gold, biege, blue. Let me know if you want the number.

Deal in the works on a 08 interceptor 140,000k local small town force car,only 2 antenna holes 1 on roof,1 on trunk,leather back seat,buckets etc interior not cut up bad at all. Brother has a set of black lincoln leather power buckets i hope will bolt in..will know for sure by Wed. or so..thanks to all the replies and help and will post some pics up when i get it,should be better on fuel than my truck.!
I pick-up the crown vic on thursday,have to check the exhaust out so hopefully i can put some flowmasters on(i like louder exhaust) I couldnt believe how much better it handled than my lx vic i had. alot tighter.Just have to get windows tinted and install stereo and 2-12" subs and we are good to go!..Hope to have the lincoln buckets in it before too long.
