Parting out/Selling 1994 Buick Roadmaster Sedan - $600

I am parting out the roadmonster. I just bought it back from my friend and its coming apart in the next few weeks (I have to get it out of his shop).

Near mint body and interior. Its lavender paint with grey velour interior. I am keeping the drivetrain and fuel system and parting out the rest cheap before I scrap the car.

Parting out 1994 Buick Roadmaster Sedan

I looked at the car yesrteday with RacerRick and I'll just add that the car is very very very good with loads of useable parts including execellent sheetmetal .The car is almost too nice to part out imo.

the wire wheels on the older ones are nicer then the hub caps on mine. What condition is the rubber in? Front grille? exhaust system? electric trunk lid pull down? Is a/c working? front rotors? Mine has no rust so no sheet metal needed

I will try to answer the parts questions...I went and checked the car last night.

1.AC was working in the fall, when it was last used.

2. I am not sure which rubber you are referring to, but the tires are ok, but are two different pairs - one pair looks like snow tires for a truck. The rims are 15x7. I believe I have a complete set of 215/75R15's that are 80% tread I kept off my last caprice that I was going to use on this one, but the bolt pattern was different. If you are referring to the rubber trim - its all pretty nice.

3. Front grill is showing some pitting, but is not broken and still pretty shiny.
4. I am keeping the exhaust system for now - we did some basic measuring and it looks like it will fit the car I am swapping the motor into (its the original exhaust and in good shape - stainless?).
5. Electric trunk pull down works fine.
6. Brakes were fine (I was driving the car around in the fall on a temp permit), but I would have to check the front rotors to guage their exact condition.

The car has been in heated storage all winter. I sold the car to a friend of mine who was going to use the drivetrain for his car, but he didn't have the heart to cut up the car because it was in such good shape. Then the failing optispark finally completely died, and I bought the car back from him. Now I am stripping it to get it out of his shop.

Let me know if you are interested. I will be pulling all these parts off the car and taking them home if someone wants them. I don't think my friend would like me selling parts out of his shop!

I would like to stay with 225 75 or 235 70. My rotors built up rust from sitting. not sure what part of my air has the leak. trunk key cover and front hood peice are missing on mine. Electric antenna is always good to have a spare.

I will have to pull a wheel to check the rotors, which I won't have time to do until the weekend.

The power antenna was working fine last I used it.
You can have the entire AC System if you want, but thats a ton of work to pull so I would price it accordingly!

What front hood piece are you missing? I believe the car I have has just the grill on the front of the hood.

I have no pics of it right now. I can try to get some tonight.

So what parts do people definately want? I have had a lot of interest but only one person has actually said they want anything! The car is in front of my garage - I can't get my camaro out!

Hi, I really want the hood for my Father's 1994 Roadmaster Sedan. He ran into somebody and kinked up his hood. What kind of shape is it in?

Where is it / are you located?

Is the hood still available?

How much would you need for the hood?

Would you have a way of shipping it out here to Calgary, Alberta, Canada? I'll pay for the shipping and handling of course.

If you have a PAYPAL account, I can easily transfer money from mine into yours. Just need your e-mail address you signed up with.

Let me know please.

I don't have a way of shipping a hood, sorry.

I am in toronto, so shipping alone would be more than you could buy a hood for locally.

If you're in T.O...I'm interested. What sort of shape is the front bumper stainless in? (or the whole bumper, for that matter) I could also use a left front marker light, possibly trunk lid, and probably a bunch of little odds and ends. Is there any way I could come to look at the car/parts?

Thanks,
Jay

I am on the danforth, so east end of toronto. I think the front bumper is ok. A guy already bought the the rub moulding off of the car all the way around, but everything else is still there.

sounds good...probably won't be until the weekend that I have time to head out there. I'll keep in touch on here before then, I guess...I'm also thinking power window switches, as I keep thinking about it, I keep thinking of more stuff. Driver's side a-pillar interior trim, wiper arms...that trunk pulldown....

I haven't had time to pull the motor and trans, and now the city is getting on me. I will sell the entire car for $600 firm and include the optispark I got off one of the members here.

The car is pretty clean and ran great before the opti took a dump. It already has a new waterpump on it and they didn't change the opti at the same time. The dash is apart, but that is really all I have had time to do to the car.
