if its appraised for 60 it should be 60. When your real estate agent appraises your home for $180000 you ask 185 or 190 to get 180 don t you

Insured value never seems to meet the market value!!! Cars always seem to be under insurance value on asking price!!! My 64 Catalina is "appraised at 20 Grand & I know I'll never get that on the market!!!!!!!!!!!!

as a licensed appraiser I can tell you "insurance value" is "ACV" (actual cash value) plus applicable taxes. Some appraisers include the tax others don't

Ultimately the market is the only true test of value
