how long have you owned your Beaumont

Bought mine back in 1986 for $75.00, it was a Custom 6 cyl glide with 70,000 original miles. The owner was taking it to the wreckers because it had a miss in the motor ! turned out it had 2 pushrods through 2 rockers !!!!

I also have one of those Beaumont key fobs !

67togo has the best key chain I have ever seen. Anyway I bought my car in 1980 with only 32000 on the od and now there is a whopping 43000 on it now.

I found one of my fathers similar key chains.  His was a "Valiant" though.  I remember how common those things were.  It would be neat to come across an inventory of those now...

I bought 2 1967 SDs in 1999... The one I kept cost me $8500 and the guy gave me the original motor (in pieces) and a whack of parts to boot.... I think I saw a little tear in his eye when I was driving it away and I hope he put that cash to good use. I sure got more enjoyment than that from the car !!!!

My 68 has been in the family (my mom's car prior) since 71 and I bought it from her in 82 (when I was 14) for $200.00 and I am going to be burried in it when I pass on at the age of 110 smile.gif. I have owned my 69 for 6 years.

Bought it in 87 or 88, and drove it the way I bought it for a couple of years and had it repainted and first body job done in 89, and then the money pit opened up.

I bought mine in 1981 and drove it for four years then parked it until I was able to restore it. Started the reatoration in 2005 and had it completed in 2007. It turned out to be a real nice ride. In 2008 I had the opportunity to pick up another 67 (two door hard top) all original and now the wife and I can be crusin together.

Well I bet I have the shortest relationship with my first Beaumont. I haven't even had it for a year yet, just started it up today after it being in storage for the winter.  I snuck it out for a rip around the block then had to put it away....oh how I have missed it.

Bought it on my brithday last summer......looking forward to some nice driving weather.

Bought mine 3 years ago, of all things it was siezed as assits shortly after in a divorce case, so I had to buy 1/2 of it again, wanted to sell it, changed my mind then wanted to sell it again.
Now keeping it, have over 10 000 in parts sitting all over the place, shed, basement, trunk, never turned a wrench on it yet, next winter is the time!!
Gotta Love it!! :)
