Those wheel covers originated on the 1963 Impala SS & Nova SS. They carried over to the 1964 Nova SS. On the set shown, with the added black paint around where the vents are they appear to be the style used on SOME 1965 Nova Super Sports (also they were optional in 1968 on the Camaro SS).
