Neat old pump. Does it still work? Likely a oiled leather plunger thingy inside.

Wow that's the very same as the one my Dad saved from his T!. It's exact including wooden handle and the one we always used to pump our bike tires as kids!. Dad gave it to me last year and I just looked at it again last weekend!.
