Its been around awile, 5 years or so on certain models.  I think it has to do with 3/4 ton or 2wd combinations.

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH.  The other one has a longer roof.

I've never heard of a seven stud, and it was only a 2wd F150.

They called it the heavy half ton.The guy was related to the torcs screw driver ,side post battery and thought that spot welding doors on pick ups was good thinking.DUH

or me with a 1 lug wheel..on my way back from Van to Calgary..we spun em off..429 cj..in a torino, nevr went far....so mabe 7 lugs is better.

dont feel too bad i spun them on a two ton  GMC hauling a bobcat coming into edmonton goning to sherwood park made it but oh what a expensive mess
