looks awesome ! I had an original paint 64 with 6 cyl I sold a couple years back-had no trouble getting that money for it and I believe a 62 is more desirable + its a 283 !

What an incredibly beautiful car you got there. It seems a shame you have to sell at that price. To have the room for that sweet ride. It just saddens me what cars are going for in Canada. Your car is obviously worth far more than what you are asking.  In the past junk has gone for more money. I hope your car goes to some one that can appreciate it and not to some one that mucks it up. '62 is my favourite year.Stunning car and yes perfect 409 dual quad 4 spd clone material.That's a good deal as well.

Something seems a bit suspicious to me. I thought only US built Chevys of the era had black firewalls and Canadian built had body color firewalls?? This one has a black firewall but is Canadian built??

I had a 54 Chevy. The undercarriage looked exactly the same as this car. I spent a few hours with a drill and a wire wheel attachment and it cleaned off the surface rust leaving a nice smooth floorpan. That could be something the next owner could do. I really like this one!
