Finally took the 61 out on its first trip since putting the small block in and the rebuilt 2 speed powerglide to get the duals put on. Noticed elastic shift and when passing gear engages transmission slips. lots of vaccum and kickdown is working so bands needs adjustment. To adjust your suppose to back of locking bolt 1/4 turn and tighten adjusting bolt to 70 pounds with a torgue wrench which u can not get one in, and back of 4 turns, now the adjustment bolt looks like a torgue bolt, and I'm correct or not, didn't think they had torgues back then, just wandering
