Poncho vs Chevy Parts

Can anyone tell me which parts will interchange. I have a 41 Canadian Poncho with a Chevy 216, will other parts from a Chevy work on my car? I am interested about how similar the sheet metal is. I will need to fix some rusty parts and chevs of the 40 sells patch panels, will those work?

Article written by R. Perry Zavitz in Collectible Automobile magazine says that 1941 Canadian Pontiacs used Chevrolet chassis and body with modified Pontiac grille and U.S.-style Pontiac instrument panel.
