i downloaded some pic to photobucket how do i get them to transfer to the pontiac site

Scroll over the picture in photobucket and a window will open with 4 boxes.  Move your mouse pointer over the bottom one (IMG code) and left click in the box. It will copy that code. Paste that code into your post and when you submit the post the picture will be there.
