I would try PPG instead of dupont

The PPG line now is called OMNI 2.8.

It is a single stage(meaning not base/clear)

I think you will be way better off with the OMNI, and the price is basicly the same

https://buyat.ppg.com/refinishProductCatalog/ViewProduct.aspx?ProductID=584ed45a-3ab3-4a41-ab69-3368815b4f08

it is basicly this one on this site, but they now have it with a compliant low VOC for canadas stupid new rules about harmfull emissions.

Its not a whole bunch cheaper and if you mix to much it is garbage. Just for a start.

I sprayed nason on a couple cars a few years ago... I didnt think it was that bad for a cheap paint line.

NASON was not bad a few years ago,  but now it is compliant low VOC as of christmas 2010.

Total crap now.

omni and nason are the "economy" brands in both of those paint systems. In other words "you get what you pay for"

paints all messed up now thats its pretty much water based not solvent based used a can of nasom that was on my shelf for 6 years last year and it came out great single stage but its all different now.Water based paint but most clears are not, here in bc commercial vehicles are exempt from the new paint at this time. You will have to get used to it
