1965 Beaumont SD

So I was at a garage tour on Sunday, and a guy starts talking to me about my 66 SD. He then asks me if I would be interested in a 65 SD . Apparently in good driver condition other than a small area of rust in lower front fenders, all trim on it , and floors and trunk floors are supposedly good. My question is what would the price ranges be for65 SDs in the various stages eg. Project, good driver, poor driver, & fully restored. (283 auto all original Vancouver Island car).
