I got my body mounts in the mail and have a couple questions is the hole in the car threaded or is there a nut under those bumps lol. Also ive gotten bolts too this is the reason I'm asking is there was no nuts in the package..... another question where does each mount go there was no instructions and i have no idea where i took the others out and they look diffrent too =)..... And trust me there will be more questions on the weekend lol if anyone has a picture of there car when they put the mounts on that would be great =)
I believe these bolts thread up into the body. Thats why I asked you when you were here if you got the bolts out of body or did they break off???? There are nuts welded to the body mount area in the body. you may have to make sure theres no carpet or anything else there & heat up the nut & try to get whats left of the bolt out!!!!

I believe you have a manual enroute, it was sent a couple of days ago. (not by me) I am not positive what it is, but it'll be useful if you dont have one. The auction proceeds were all collected and mailed today. Auction #2 will start soon. The engine deal is also done. I'm sure if you keep asking the questions, they dont mind answering them.
i don't have anyway of heating them up so ill spray penetrating oil on them all this weekend then and maybe tuesday i can borrow the bolt extrater from my teacher ... hopefully =)
The nuts that people think are welded to the body, really aren't. They are called "cage nuts" and actually float within the cage - the cage is welded to the body. This way the nuts can float a little sideways so that the bolt holes line up. The cages do keep the nuts from rotating when you're tightening the body bolts. Anyway the cage nuts can be exposed by cutting thru the floor directly above then. Then drill out the spot welds and remove the whole nut and cage assembly. Then you can just use new nuts ( they are usually square ) and reweld in the cages. I was able to buy new cage nuts of the proper size from Spae-Nauer (sp?) in on Victoria St in Kitchener. Good luck! Sounds like you're making real progress.
