Wanted: 1966 Beaumont SD Rocker trim and back up light assembly.

My friend just completely restored his 66 SD that he's had since we were kids and like all of us, he's lost a couple of parts and pieces along the way. He needs both rocker chrome pieces and both backup light assemblies (everything, I think all he has is the holes in the rear bumper, lol). I don't know if anyone has these items for sale, but he will want mint condition stuff. I'll get the infor on this car one day and probably a pic to show.  Any suggestions..........thanks........ Doug.

Among the most difficult pieces to find. Finding them in "mint" condition will be even tougher. Good luck though!...

I'm looking for the lower rocker molding behind the rear tire. It seems to be very hard to find.

Thanks for the encouragement. They will have to be mint or he won't want them. I don't know what he's got into the car so far, but I know it's a few bucks. Supposidly, the talk around town is that it looks good! I haven't seen it yet.

The issue with the reverse lights is that they are plastic and I don't believe have been reproduced by anyone. Therefore all we have are 40 year old pieces of plastic that were exposed to everything that the road threw at the underside of the car. I've been looking for other options, such as the reproduced Lemans reverse lights. They are close, but not close enough.

I think the rocker rim may be reproduced by DT Stainless.

Thanks for all the information and tips everyone. I will end up gathering it all together when I think it's pretty much done being commented on and then proceed from there and see where it goes.....
