No, the SD Forumulas got the shaker hood. Kind of an interesting combo, the Formula SD cars.

WOW! They said it right when they said "it is surprising that it was built (SD-455) at all" (esp 73).

 I prefer the unrestricted colour choices (unlike the Trans Am), plus you could also get 14 & 15" wheels right up to the Trans Am suspension. The woodgrained dash always was more appealing to me that the "machine turned" style of the T/A. If you wanted, you  could get a Formula up to 1977 without a spoiler, and you could get dog dish caps, Rally IIs, Honeycombs, plus a variety of wheel covers if you wanted nerdy. The shaker was SD-455 only with the Formula. The 1974 SD-455 went a little softer on the cam after the EPA went a little harder on Pontiac.

Whilewe commonly see Rally II wheels with trim rings most of Pontiacs Top perfomance cars  came standard with Rally II wheels without trim rings, Judge, LeMans GT and several Firebird models.  As pe rnormal during that era everything was optional and trim rings are no exception. You could even add trrim rings to the basic poverty hub cap making for a nice combination.
