Front and rear disc convertions for my 64 Pontiac Parisienne

I am curently building a 64 Parisienne and i want to convert the old drum brakes to disc. However i have not been able to find a company that build the for my car. I have found them for Impalas and am woundering if i can change my control arms and spindles for implala ones.

Also, i want to put a rack and pinion under it and was wondering if anyone out there had any luck with this..

Thanks

The gurus will give you chapter and verse in due course, but since your car is an Impala under the skin it should be straightforward to use a disc kit. Changing to a steering rack is bound to be more involved but I'm sure someone on here will know how, they'll be awake soon no doubt!

Hi in case you didn't know when converrting to disc's on the front get the "Tall" style spindle assembly's as thet help with cornering also. They keep the tread of the tire flat on the road during cornering I'm told.
