Extremely rare and hard to find Pontiac Catalina Parisienne. This is a Canadian built Pontiac Catalina Convertible that is in driver quality and its a great looking car. Very rare and desirable this 50's convertible turns heads everywhere it goes.

The exterior of the vehicle is great looking with lustrous paint and great appeal. The paint is a recent professional job that has great shine and color. The body is clean and straight. Chrome has good shine. The top is great shape with only one small hole in the canvas as shown in pictures. Overall the top seems to be rather newer top and does not show great wear and rear plastic windows is in good overall shape. Originally a northern car as we can tell it had some professional body work done before it was professionally repainted. Overall the vehicle is a great looking driver quality that would make a fantastic cruiser.

Interior is in good driver shape. Its and older restoration. Overall its upholstery is clean and with no major defects to be noted. Dash is in good shape. Gauges and knobs show their age as they do not appear to have been restored. Carpet also shows wear and discoloration in certain areas.

Mechanical the car is in good overall shape as a driver that could use a refreshment of certain components as it is apparent the car was in storage for several years. Suspension bushings and shocks are worn. Inline 6 cyl engine starts and runs good overall. Engine shows some age and it could use a professional tune up. Transmission shifts properly and brakes work good.

Don't miss this great opportunity to purchase and extremely rare Canadian built Pontiac Catalina that looks great and has tons of potential. This convertibles are truly some of the most beautiful convertibles built during this golden era of northern America.

Our vehicles are listed locally for sale and we reserve the right to end the auction early for the right offer. Please call us or email with any questions at 512-687-4007 or Motoreum@yahoo.com

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am forced to sell my pride and joy. This FANTASTIC 1965 Pontiac Parisienne Convertible.
This car gets more thumbs up and attention than any other I have owned. I have never seen another one at any car show or cruise in.
THE PONTIAC PARISIENNE IS A MODEL UNIQUE TO CANADA.
DURING THE 60's, CANADIAN PONTIACS USED A CHEVROLET CHASSIS & RUNNING GEAR.
THE PARISIENNE TYPICALLY CAME WITH THE 283 OR 327 ENGINE AND A 2 SPEED POWERGLIDE TRANSMISSION.
A "CUSTOM SPORT" VERSION WAS AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE, THE BASE PARISIENNE WAS THE SAME
AS THE 1965 GRAND PRIX SOLD IN THE U.S. WITH TRIM TAKEN FROM THE CATALINA 2+2.
THIS PARTICULAR PONTIAC PARISIENNE CONVERTIBLE REPRESENTS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO ACQUIRE ONE OF
THESE TREASURED CLASSICS. WHILE IT IS THE BASE MODEL, BUCKET SEATS AND CENTER CONSOLE WERE ADDED TO
EMULATE THE "CUSTOM SPORT" VERSION. IT RETAINS IT'S 283 ENGINE AND POWERGLIDE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION.
ORIGINAL INTAKE WITH 4 BARREL ROCHESTER.
POWER STEERING. POWER BRAKES.
DUAL EXHAUST WITH NOSTALGIC GLASS-PAC MUFFLERS.
NEW 18" COYS WHEELS WITH NEW FALKEN RADIALS HELP GIVE A TASTEFUL MODERN TWIST TO THIS AMAZING CLASSIC
POWER CONVERTIBLE TOP.
REAR PANHARD BAR.
MANY NEW SUSPENSION COMPONENTS.
OVERALL EXCELLENT CONDITION FOR A 46 YEAR OLD CAR.
RUNS & DRIVES BEAUTIFULLY.
PAINT IS 10+ YEARS OLD. RECENT COMPOUND & POLISHING.
