Oh thats a subject that has been beat for sure heh ?

I now use Rotella T and I throw in a bottle of that EOS GM additive as it bumps up the zinc levels..  I still have  rope seal in mine and It leaked like a harley over the winter or when she sat for any great length of time and I was talking to a guy up here whoanalyzes oil and he said to try and get some zinc in the oil as they took it out years ago because it kills the cataletic converters and thats not good for the enviroment.. and the zinc not only helped the camshafts but would swell up that rope seal.

Well I changed over just last year and the oil spots are very few and she seems to like it :>)  I do tend to rev this Ram Air III a bit higher than they call for  lol
