when I saw the title of this posting I immediately thought of I Dream of Jeannie, as I noticed previously they all had Pontiac's on that show.
If you go to Hemmings.com, then click on "Blogs", then click on "Find of the day". Go thru the previous listings till you get to the listings in June, there you'll find the actual 69 Firebird T/A that was used exclusively on the I.D.o.J show by the Major. Someone has done a good job of writing up the history of this particular Firebird.

Holy crap di you see the body lean on those GTO's and Firebirds in the action shots, that must have been exciting to drive with seats with no lumbar support and slippery vinyl coverings.

Whoops...the Major's Firebird was a "400", and not a T/A. My mistake.
Another mistake was the asking price of this I.D.o.J. Firebird. Wow. All because it was a TV star? Hoe-Boy.

Bewitched of course was sponsored by Chevrolet...and in one episode they had Sam driving a 'dual control' driving school Impala with an unconnected extra 'wheel on the right. On Youtube is a 1965? GM advert with the Bewitched and Bonanza stars and also Robert Vaughan who was then in The Man From UNCLE [that also featured GM cars] plugging Chevies on a movie set.

I managed to dredge it up on Hemmings just now. A cool $79,999. U.S. it certainly is not in show room condition. I'd say, it is an expensive project car..............
