This car is very close to me. I have never seen it though. I am going to see it, even though I get a funny feeling there has to be something I am missing. If someone beats me too it, it was meant to be. Maybe Barry knows this car? If you really want it, go get it before I do. I will be fine without it, but I wont be able to leave it there if nobody buys it!

I had a chat with Barry, I think he may pursue it, I am not. I am working towards a large building and need to stay focused, so I bowed out. Sure looks like it has potential.
I called the seller tonight, he was eating supper, so he'll call me back. If not, I'll call him tomorrow. Turns out the car is just down the road from me, say 3 miles or so.
I just got back from having a look at this. It's a 13437 300 deluxe hardtop car, that's going to need a frame. Just on a quick inspection, the frame is all rotten around the lower mounting point for the steering box. I may go back tomorrow and take a jack with me so I can have a better look. I'm not sure of the engine, I coudn't see any stampings, but it's not seized. Also, it's got a 12 bolt, and I assume a th 400, seeing as the car used to raced. I'll keep you updated, and I may have a trim tag picture for Fred for the registry, if it's readable I'll post it.
