1963 beaumont for sale.

I've had this car to long sitting in my garage and I know I'm never going to get to it. It runs and drives but has not been driven for about 8 to 10 years. I put gas in It about a month ago and it started right up and I pulled it out of the garage and washed it. It has a 283 in it with a 350 tranny tires and wheels have less than 50 miles on them. I know I'm not going to get what I paid for it but I'd like to get $5900 for it. I might be interested in a trade??? Give me a call if interested and if you have any questions        1-406-827-1957  ask for Joe

Thanks Todd for letting me post I'll be more active on the forum

Was it a "heater delete" from the factory? Is the body good or she rusty? (looks good in the photos)

Wish I could get out there to take a look!

Love the way the old 283's, 396's,327's etc. fire right up almost everytime, no matter how long. They were an incredible build......(compared to today's stuff)...imo.

I'm not sure if it was heater delete or not. I think with the fenderwall headers the heater had to come out. It is a pretty solid car underneath there are some bubbles in the paint above the headlights in the front fenders. I don't have any history on the car I bought it from a guy in north dakota about 9 years ago and just haven't done anything with it other than starting on the interior.

I have done partial interiors on a 55 and 56 gm's , more for the audio side custom kick panels, rear deck panels and fabricated trunk trim panels on the 56. Both of these car owners had their interior guy before I met them, so they had them cover the panels that I built. I don't do factory OEM style because there are too many of those guys already, I do try to help people find oem replacement panels but that takes longer than fabricating retro style panels. How "custom" are you looking to go? Custom center console from front to back? Custom trunk trim panels? Its endless really. It all depends on the budget, maybe the 63 and some cash could get you a show winning quality interior on your 57 biggrin

Yes I still have it. I keep telling myself I need to advertise it more so I have room in the building. I'm open to trades also but not sure what I need (:

Have you done any 55 56 57 gm interiors? I have a 57 pathfinder that I'm about ready to put the body back onto a completed and updated frame. I'll soon be looking for a somewhat custom interior.

Joe

I dont know how i didnt notice the Motion Performance decal on the window, i guess i was just checking the car itself out. Unless there are other "Motion Performance"s that use the same decal, this car is an old Winnipeg car, i would guess that the guy in ND didnt own it for too many years if you have owned it for around 9. If its the same car, it was owned by a guy named Jason H (if i tried spelling the last name i would totally mess it up) and prior to him it was owned by another winnipeg guy (sorry cant recall his name) i dont know how long they each owned the car but again if this is the same car and you have owned it for about 9 yrs, we could be safe to say that the car was painted over 12-15 yrs ago. but there has been a few Black 63's in our city over the years, do you have the original seat that where in the car?, if i get a chance i will ask a guy that may have some more knowledge on more parts of the history, if its the right car. it would be cool to get the history about this car anyways.

The 63 might be that car. As far as the 57 I'll be doing mainly just custom door panels, seat covers and headliner. I'm planning on driving it alot in the summer. One of these days I'll get some pic's of it on this site.

We would all love to see some pics of the 57's progress and i  really wish  that i had the spare cash to pick up your 63 and bring it back home to winnipeg. Too bad you werent closer, i could use a '57 on my portfolio and try to talk you into doing a complete interior with a cleaned up/trimmed out trunk that would match the inside of the car.
