That Turbo 350 TV cable needs to get hooked up before you fry the transmission from having the pressures too low.

I know that's not your biggest concern right now since you are dealing with the oil leak but it's important for that cable to work properly on a TH350.

I might still have those M/T valve covers ??? Are you interested in them Michael. Can't remember if I used them on something else or not.

Joe, the m/t came on the car I was expecting the other ones. Was the add photo old and not updated after part changes?

Michael

Carl are you sure you need the cable hooked up on a th350? I think all it does is control the downshift.... It's not like a 700r which needs it hooked up... I haven't had it hooked up on my car in 20 years...

I must be wrong then Andrew. I thought it was the same on any trans with a cable but I am by NO means a trans expert. I"m sure that if it needed to be hooked up you would have had trouble by now.

My memory must be fuzzy. I thought I had mushy shifts until I hooked up the cable on the SD I had when I was 16.

Andrew is correct, "kick-down" cable.
