rust on the top of my cowl

i have a rusted area at the base of the windshield , there is a strip  about 2 inches wide between the winshield  and the grill ( where the wiper shafts run throught)

this strip in question is rusted   and  i would like to know  if i will have to change the whole cowl  or  juste the top part

this part  appears to go under the winshield  and  blends with the top of the dash  ???? ( where the speaker is )

i have pics  but they wont  load  , i will try another day

I think this is the part you are looking for.

Take your windshield out and replace the whole

thing or cut it up and replace just the rusty stuff

did  any  one   ever see this  feature   back  in the Beaumont  ads ????
