I am in the process of getting shipping quotes...ain't going to be cheap...
should be about $1500 to get the car to Halifax and about $3500 for a shipping container to Hamburg Germany-then from there to you--import taxes are high on complete cars 50% in some european countries

ouch, that makes for an expensive Pontiac Laurentian
You can ship it directly from toronto. I had a guy buy my 66' Parisienne convertable and ship it out of toronto to Switzerland in a container. Was about $2400 he said (be it, about 8 years ago.).

I was quoted less than half that amount...Swiss taxed will be based on bill of sale, we usually pay around 8% or 9% and then on a weight basis...did it already, not too bad...
hmm, that sounds good-I was going to send a 95 corvette to the Slovak republic and those were my prices-I have a friend in Switerland that may be able to take a car for me then let my brother in law drive it in Slovakia-thanks for the tip I'll look into it
Finally!!! I hope so too!!!! Had a few people ask at cruise in last week if I thought it was a good car & priced right, after they saw it it on KIJIJI I agreed it was good from what I saw on the pictures, so there are a few interested folks looking at it!!!!!

Too bad Johnnee, as I said else where I knew a lot of people were interested in this one!!! Also, there have been so many "scams" from buyers oversea's or say they are, that sellers here are a bit "shakey" on dealing with oversea's buyer. You may have to deal through your contact here, to do the buying for you & not say anything as to where the car will end up!!!! You have to be quick sometimes, when it's the one you want & priced right. Others will take along time to sell if overpriced ie. my friends 41 Graham, street rod, has way too much in it & trying to recover most of it, 140 grand to build it [all done by outside shops] & asking $ 95,995.oo & won't budge on price as he says he's "taking a bath" on it now!!!!!!! Good Luck

How about this one. Rare one year only model. Personally I don't care for the customized interior, but this is a very nice car. i saw it in New Brunswick 2 years ago.

I remember seeing that car around when it was an untouched original (that is, if it's the same one, but it is a rare body style for the Impala and I only remember seeing one around here)... didn't really look like it needed to be gone over either. It looks like a nice clean car, but I'm not really a fan of the custom paint or interior. If it's the same car, I remember it as being a medium metallic blue (looked like "jewel blue poly" from the paint chips at autocolorlibrary.com) with a white roof...
Here are some pics I took at a local car show in 2007:
This colour just doesn't cut it for this car, neither does the "BITE ME" front plant.
