That manual is 1959 Canadian Pontiac specific, and hard to get, exactly what you need (it has never been reprinted).
It works in conjunction with the 1958 Chevrolet shop manual which you can get any time (below, it is reprinted).

If you are after NZ-assembly figures, I was sent sheets by car number to the last days, 1966 I think it was, for Chev and Pontiac. GM NZ may still have the assembly figures, though Vintage Vehicle Services in Oshawa should have the export figures by country: they sent me the 1958 cars some years ago and that listed the NZ cars.
