97 volvo wagon - 2.4 5cyl non turbo , automatic transmission

odometer reads 155,000 miles -- has less on it ( see notes )

burgandy w/ beige cloth seats

pwr windows and locks , tilt / telescopic steering wheel ,cruise

asking $1000 obo - has new snows that will go with it for an extra $500 non neq( this car is like a little tank in the snow with these tires )

 

its a nice car , not  perfect hence the reasonable price -- its been a great winter car for 2 seasons for me

new windshield in the fall

newer exhaust ( cat & muffler )

pcv (flametrap ) replaced last year

new rear brakes pads last year

has normal 850 issues - google it

-- broken/removed drivers sunvisor

-- flashing upshift arrow in cluster

-- heater blend door stuck in def/floor setting

-- odometer reads almost double time -- speedo works fine

 

runs and drives really nice , cheap on gas & insurance

found somthing newer , that my wife actually likes , so this ones got to go

make an offer ... but beware that you may just end up owning it

tell your friends , tell your family , tell your neigbours kid

its reads 155000 miles - but >>> the odometer reads @ almost double speed - it was that way when i bought it 2 years ago @ 122,000miles , and i put maybe 8000km a year on it

its originally a souther us car .

and yes - its great for haulin stuff - has a hitch too

its priced to sell

 

the windshield  was $300 my cost

the muffler was $ 200 plus install

the cat was just replaced - i was lucky enough to have a factory vw on hand

pcv system was over $300 plus 5hrs labour

i had it e tested today - passed with flying colours

 

 so not only is it economical & safe . Its also good for the enviroment !!

hurry , buy this one quick , i can barely keep the kijiji hounds at bay ( i love dealing with kijijiers )

darn skippy it would , except for the torque steer ( being fwd and all )

the rear drives volvo's are rockets with a small block chev or ford in them
