so yours is priced low

         Appraisal has nothing to do with selling price biggrin  

      Appraisals are needed for insurance, for total loss coverage...   

       I'll bet the little 64 would appraise close to yours..   

         They are only worth what someone would pay for them "today"    (my opinion)

i'm sure my car would be appraised for $38k plus , but the actual prices cars are selling for these days are no where near the appraisals. if you really want to sell something , its time to wake up and smell the economy
