I've got to build rear bumper brkts. to fit late model chassis. My problem is I don't know which way the bumper goes on, rightside up or upside down if you know what I mean. There is a "LARGE" rivit holding the bumper ends onto main part of bumper that goes thru the "face of bumper, under where bumper guard would go, & another rivit that goes thru the "top or bottom" edge of bumper Hate to build it,& have it upside down!!!! Will post a picture shortly

Thanks, that clears up some issues, looks like I "guessed' correctly!!!!! That car,"appears" to be pretty solid, BUT mine looked "not"bad" untill I got into the 1/4's Then the "brown "stuff hit the "rotating " devise.

Yeah thats why we use welders and sheet metal.
