1965 winter Pontiac


 

after some work at the Powergilde and changing all fluids i started a short trip to check the automatic fluid level.

A very clear cold day with no salt on streets .. what a fun!!

Would have been more fun with the top "DOWN" but would likely do damage to it in the extreme cold!!! Nice car!!! Have taken a few "short" unlawfull tests in one of mine & it keeps you going to work on it!!!!

The car that really got me hooked on Pontiacs was my Dad`s 65 Laurentian. Same colour as your 65. Always liked 65`s. My 65 CS drop top, was burgandy with white top, white interior 327-300, PG, AM-Reverb rear speaker, PS, PB, Optional GM tach on the upper left corner of the dash. For a first collector car it was good, but not good enough to spend major cash on a full restoration. One of these days I`ll have another one.
