Have 1 NOS still in factory box, ( sort of) back up lamp switch for a 4spd car. No Bracket just the switch. No marks of ever been mounted. May fit some pontiacs as well. Part number 1993431.

1967 Impala convert. 283, glide. Parked in the garage since 74 and hasn't moved. Soon to be BB 4speed.

 That's ok, I'm not totally concerned about correctness. I am quite sure it would have been easy to make it work on a 66.

I think thats who I got mine from .. was perfect.. i built my own linkage..
Seems make the lights go on when I'm in Reverse.. so I must have done something right.. LOL..

For those of you who are in need of a back up light switch,I bought and have been using a Hurst switch which is really easy to install and works just great!Only about $40 I think.
