Look in the rust holes, thats where you pack the "folding" bills before the "bondo" goes on!!!!

We are not supposed to "pick" a car apart,

(but) we can look at it like any consumer, seeing the ad smile

The disc brake set up, and 12 bolt, are of value..

Motor (fresh) with Edelbrock heads etc,

and newer suspension are of value..

         What are they worth used?

e.g. My car has a aftermarket "crate stroker engine with bigger  cam and good heads..  retails around $4995.00  whats it worth?   1/2 of that ? 1/3?

so confuse   I can see 3500.00 in used parts   add 15,000 for body and paint and 3500.00 for interior and 3000.00 for wheels and exhaust = 25,000 and you have a gorgeous car...

I think you have to want that car real bad

Makes me adjust the price of my 67 post car  biggrinbiggrin

biggrinI guess its just a quick observasion and you are correct the parts are worth something. The work would be substantial and again how much effort is one willing to take on.
Im a little jaded with a car i saw yesterday (73 firebird formula) that was delivered to a friends house in London for 10gs. Its all original car paint etc and i wanted to lie under the car for a hour just to appreciate how clean this thing was. The paint on the bottom of the car is a sight to see.
The car has some issues but its still nice to see a clean start .
I think Carl that your asking price for the 67 is a very good deal,if i didnt have my money pit we would be talking.
