pinion yoke u bolts


hey guys im looking to find a set of u bolts for my pinion yoke on my diff where should i start my search

if u used your old stuff you will need the older style i think mid 70s back maybe early 70s almost any gm car

This is the style that is a mini u bolt with a nut on the end? Right around 67 they also went with the style that has a strap with bolt and the yokes have threads in them.

If it's u-bolt style, I think Motormite (Help) has them. I can try to look later.

carl im sure its the u bolt style but my memory is a little fuzzy........ could i get them at my local napa or car quest?

everything else is in the can but i cut these bolts i know that!!! and they are the u bolt style!! anyone know where i can get some?

your local auto parts store should have them, I am sure I have seen them at Canadian tire in the help section also, Good Luck! sounds like you are just about ready to drive it ?

Yup, most auto parts places should help you out with those. I am not sure but I think GM had two different cup diameters with that U bolt style so make sure you have a sample along of the U joint you want to use it on.

i picked a set up last night! from parts source! and my driveshaft is already installed took les then 5 mins!!
