1966 Pontiac Acadian Canso Sport Deluxe - Fair market value.

I may need to sell the Acadian to help one of the boys. I'm not sure what it's worth, what do you guy's figure ?

1966 Acadian Canso SD

model# 71837

paint : Y Lemonwood Yellow

trim# 054

1 of 321 built

The car has very little rust but would need some work to the trunk floor and maybe front floor pans. Quarters need outer wheel wells and partial quarter panels. There are extra doors which are complete and in perfect condition. New trunk floor panel, perfect grill, both front fenders are NOS,12 bolt posi diff, 350 4bolt engine core from a early 70's Vette, Rebuilt camel hump heads ($1200.00 bucks worth) 202 valves. roller rockers. There is a lot more parts and pieces but this will give you an idea of what I have.

67 canso.jpegThis is not a good time to sell a car in pieces. Unfinished, non running projects are a tough sell right now. Best of luck to you.

3000-4000 plus parts

If someone can do the work (including body and paint)  it would be a good project

If it has to be contracted out  it will take a ton of money to restore....

(more than market value)

I realize it isn't a 66 but there is a 65 Canso SD here in Kelowna with all the metal work done nicely and he has been asking 5000 for it and it's been for sale for a long time. I went and looked at it and it has great potential. Missing emblems and lots of trim but it isn't that easy to get a good dollar for a partly finished car the way it seems.

Is the 12 bolt an original Acadian/Nova 12 bolt?

NOS fenders bring close to $1500 pair all by themself.

Are the bucket seat tracks correct for Nova/Acadian? Those also are real tough to find.

Do you have all the original SD trim?
