67 "B" SB rad, which cooler line is the inlet?

I guess that would be the better way to look at it Vince...the trans fittings themselves. So from the TCI website it appears all the Hydramatics except the 200R4 and the late 80E's are configured Upper - Inlet, Lower - Outlet. Cheers, Mark.

Guys,

On a 67 SBC B body, with TH400, which radiator cooler line is the inlet?

Passenger or drivers side? Does it vary with different engine, trans and rad combinations?

I've bought a B+M 70266 SuperCooler and will install it when the engine goes in. Like to know ahead of time about the line config. for plumbing it in with -6 AN fittings.

I don't think it makes a difference.

No, I've never seen a cooler where it matters either. Does it say anything in the instructions about that?

The reason I'd like to know Clint, is that a aux cooler is said to be most effective on the outlet side of the Rad cooler.

I believe the, without taking the line off and you may have to do that, the upper line will be out and the lower will be return! At the trans, of course!
