Car is very straight, mint floors and frame.
Has red bench seat interior, included with purchase price are two original bucket seats.
Also with car comes an original NOS big block hood and chrome inserts, still in the box, not shown in the pictures. New door panels.
Car is equipped with 4spd standard transmission

You know sometimes it depends on your situation, my friend has a 66sd(clone) that was involved in an accident that wrecked the rear quarter and bent the frame. He sure would love to have this car, but is still battling the insurance company.
I really don't get it when a person is trying to sell a car (in this case for 9 & 1/2 Gs) and they can't take the time to take the junk out of the car, off of the car, and at least make it look a little more presentable! I've seen it so many times!

Apparently the market is attracted by junk vehicles,so the more junk you have around it the better,I can't believe it's so cheap.Great buy for someone,I can't see that one lasting,just called,already sold.No brainer.

I have been watching this thread quietly. Any semi complete running and driving SD with normal rust is worth 10K. That's not the price I would pay unless it was the right car for me but I don't think this guy was asking the world for his car. Now let's see the other spectrum. If I had a car restored or survivor for 40K it would be the way I wanted it so unless you find the guy that wants the exact motor, trans, color , etc that my car is I'm hooped. At 40K you can buy anything right now so the market is tight but a few guys might drum up 10K quite easily. The other thing is how a car is built. If you put my red 65 Beaumont SD rag auto beside my blue 65 Beaumont SD 4 spd guess which one people will pick every time. Both SD's but one is a clone 4spd car. I hope this helps. Paul.
I'm sorry Paul but I have to disagree,you cannot buy any car for 40k.Someone on this site has a prestine Beaumont that would not part with it for 40K,and the reason why is the chance that they(if wanted)would never get a car of that caliber again for the same money.

You can buy a lot of frame off restored cars in today's market for $30K or less. I'm from Woodstock, and if that's the car I'm thinking it is there was a warmed up 427 in it years ago. It did some street racing back in the day. IF it's the same car.

I have a rust free 67 Nova SS, all orginal, never patched metal. A few years ago a guy looked at it and told me in not so many words that I was nuts to have 15K invested in a car that needs a complete restoration, paint, interior and powertrain. I'm happy to have an Arizona car to work on when the time comes, and to me it's worth 15K all day long to not have to break every bolt when I take the car apart. However, that doesn't mean the market value is 15K, it means to me it's worth 15K.

Yes ,O.K. thats what I am trying to put across.What you have sounds awesome.The point is that like a home,a car has to have a good foundation,when a guy like yourself puts time and money into something that great to begin with,it's worth the 15K,plus at least the parts and paint.The dummy that told you it wasn't worth 15k is just a scab that wants something for nothing(typical)or an idiot that thinks he may be more knowledgeable.When I look at old cars,I see how clean it is,how original,and decide if what he's asking is something I am willing to pay.I'm not going to listen to someone tell me what the market is! If I went to Kenworth and Kenworth wanted 180K for a truck I wanted,and I told them there wasn't any construction going on right now,but I like your truck,and I'm only willing to pay 50 cents on the dollar for it,I think I know what the response will be.At that point I offer X amount and hope my phone rings.That's about it.As far as the market goes,means nothing to me.I like eeluddy's comment!I'm talking cars of (higher) interest.
