Just doing a little more digging and '54 and '55 share the same shoe kit and drums....... I also have my rep checking... If he doesn't know, you could always order one of these in and compare to your '54!!!

Ok, just got off the phone with the rep... Part number #NUP 14497. List out at $62.67 and apparently they fit all 4 spots. Same all way round! There are 3 listed in inventory.............

I found mine at Napa, Piston ring should have them too. I think I ended up getting for a 53 corvette, as long as you get the 1 inch bore for the back and 1- 1/8 for the front you should be good. You can go to the Rock Auto website for part #'s

Thanks guys.I had a helper tonite so had him step on the pedal while i checked the wheels by hand.Seems like the fronts are coming on and off like they should,I'm going to pull the drums anyways to repack the wheels bearings. The d.s rear seems to work ok as well but the p.s rear wheel seems to be sticking. It could also be the e cables sticking.I'll also pull the rear wheels and have a look.I did get the idle set tonite after buying a new timing light with a tach.Oh got the radio working,a couple loose connections, and the first song on it,jimmy buffet wasting away in margaritaville, has to be a good omen.
