Just got the old cores from my steering box

Hi: 

Took some photos of the old steering box and wondered if someone could identify the box.   The pitman arm has a GM number on it. Pitman ArmCasting marks on steering box

The box has a stylized S on it and on the other side is a small plate held on by 2 screws with the number 60 on it??

they where also the authors of the 3 speed std tranny in those years
