Thanks guys, yes its a very solid car..only issue is the trunk pan..car had the original mat in it and of course moisture got underneath and I have pinholes in the floor..going to replace the pan..no big deal there. Rest of the car is rock solid..I know the whole history of this car..original owner was a family member..car literally sat in a garage for the first 10 years of its life..had 40k miles on it by 1978...last time the car was on the road was 1983. I got my hands on it in 1988 and basically did nothing with it but try maintain its condition...everything is original and in working condition..kept it in running condition over the years but never got serious about restoring it...car has spent its entire life here in Manitoba..was bought new in Brandon and now lives with us here in Portage La Prairie..I am quite certain it has never left the province! lol..
I don't think it will be a very hard resto..all the parts I need are easy to find except for the seat covers...does anyone know where to find correct reproduction covers? Is there a place to buy a complete interior to fit this car? Any help is appreciated..Brent.

Hey Brent, NOS, one of our sponsors sells interior/seat stuff. They are a great supplier! There are many (too many biggrin) Manitobians on this site, they will help you out also.

Nice seeing an untouched survivor!

Speaking for the group, we resemble that remark!

unfortunately the 4 door sedan seat covers are not reproduced; US or Canadian Pontiac models. However I may be able to locate the original cloth. The vinyl i believe is reproduced so no problem here. Email a couple of pictures of the cloth & I will ty to find for you. No obligation.

Welcome Brent, from Brandon. Lived 10 years in Portage. Nice car. Was in PlaP couple of weeks ago and spotted a '65 Parisienne CS convertible at Kitsons. And by the way, there are never too many 'Tobans anywhere!
