Rear upper control arm/trailing arm differences

Did you know this about your rearend?

1964/65 beaumonts have cam washers on the upper control arms to adjust pinion angle

1967s do not.  fixed with no adjustment.

Interesting,  i never knew that

Did GM decide that pinion angle really did not change enough based on spring hieght to worry about pinion angles getting out of line?

Learned something new again today.

Did you read about it or see it on a car?

Was cleaning out my diff pile today and noticed it

I have 2 64s and 2 67's next to eachother.  Took me awhile to see it

That and the coil spring perches of course.

Thats pretty much the only differences

I'm only seeing one set of holes at each location.

Wow. That's interesting. Mine is a 67 beaumont 4dr sedan frame. You sure yours is a chevelle beaumont one??. It looks so different.

I thought maybe the Frame stiffeners would dictate what hole to use but as you can see, they have an oval slot in them so either hole you use the stiffeners will still work
