Hi Ryan, welcome here. I can't help you much with Beaumont tech assistance on sheet metal but someone will chime in here shortly who can give you good advice, I'm sure.

I can't help much. Most panels cross over from Chevelles and I know they reproduce just about everything for 2 dr HT's. Not sure about sedans & 4 doors.

Rear bumpers could be more difficult - they're '66 Beaumont only. I know quite a few people have used Chevelle bumpers and I believe they'll bolt right on. The backup light pots and lenses are even more difficult to find in good shape. If yours are good, it will be worthwhile sourcing the right bumper. If you don't have the backup assemblies, I personally would go with a Chevelle bumper.

Welcome!
As you've probably determined, the '66 Beaumonts are a mix of Chevelle, Lemans/GTO, and Beaumont exclusive parts. The good news is the Chevelle pieces are often available (and as mentioned, many are reproduced). The Lemans/GTO pieces are often reproduced as well, and are primarily limited to the dash area. And then, there are the Beaumont exclusive pieces...grille, rear bumpers, horn button, radio, taillight components and lenses, inside door panels, to name most of them.
You mentioned the low miles. I'd love to see photo's including under the hood to see all of the original parts!
PS A friend specializes in 2 door '66 Beaumonts. We'll see if he might have some 4 door variety items that may be of interest to you. You never know...

I have all the 66 beaumont 4 dr Custom model specific trim on my 4 dr. Where are you located? A picture of yours and the trim you need that isn't any good on your car would help. Paul.

Ok theres a ton of pictures that hopefully show explicitly where the rust that i want to cut out is. I dont really know the names of each panel i would need to replace but my hypothesis would be this:

-Driver Front Quarterpanel
-Passenger Front Quarterpanel
-Driver Rear Quaterpanel
-Passenger Rear Quarterpanel
-Chrome trim around all four wheel wells
-Bottom Chrome lining (both sides)
-Rear Bumper

Thanks in advance for all the help and praise

Nice solid original car you have.

The rust that you have in your car is in every single other 64-67 beaumont.   certainly nothing out of the ordinary.

In fact i would say that your car is WAY less rusty than almost all the other ones like it.

The wheel well trim is same as chevelle,  aftermarket suppliers for about 100.  same with the rocker mouldings.  but the 66 guys can confirm.

Rear bumper will be harder, i think i would spend some time with some blocks of wood and a sledge hammer first, because that will be a tough one,  or use a chevelle one without the backup lamps.  But that would look kind of stupid.  everyone would look and say "look at that beautiful beaumont with the chevelle rear bumper"!!?

I would just patch what is rusty,  keep hte work small and only fix what is absoutely necessary,  i have seen WAY to many guys get in over their heads,  dissasemble an entire car and then guve up, only to ruin a perfectly good original.  Just some advice,  i have freshend up and driven many original sedans,  they can be alot of fun

I bet you could high speed buff that door and get the paint shining again so it matches the rest of the car,  been there, done that,  you will be amazed at what a little polish will do.

Good luck,  cool car

I agree 100%. Go slow and do the work yourself.

One comment about 4 doors, and this only one person's opinion, which means it's worth as much as the paper it's written on...
You can spend every bit as much time & money rebuilding a 4 door as you can rebuilding a 2 dr rag top with big block. In the end, you won't likely get your money (never mind your time) out if the BB rag top. You will lose your shirt on the 4 door. The 4 doors can make great cruisers and even racers but you have to be very aware of how much $$ you're putting into it. If it's stuff you can re-use (engine, trans., etc), so much the better.

Done right though, the 4 doors can offer a lot of fun for the money.

Do the bottom first.  Start with the trunk patches, its good practice and less visible,  then tackle the quarter rust and front fenders.

Whatever you do,  fix the rusted sections first,  keep them small as possible.

Check out NationalPartsDepot(npd) for the patch panels,  they make small lower quarter pieces for about 65 dollars a side.  The front fender bottoms they have too for about 50 a side.  also they sell trunk floor sections about 18" squares with the body brace underneath already welded on.  I just used them in my convertible and they are great.  Just avoid cutting up anymore than you have to.  seriously check out npd for the parts.

Go from the bottom and work your way up.

And whatever you do,  dont mess with that mint original interior,  keep is all stock,  the original GM stuff is the best quality,  so avoid any aftermarket stuff unless it is absolutely nessessary.

I am sure someone in alberta can help you out with a set of original stock valve cover too, to replace those ugly edelbrock ones.  Otherwise the engine bay looks fantastic!  Original rad hoses are cheap too, avail from almost all the parts stores.  Never been a fan of those corregated ones,  they just dont last

Aight thanks for all the advice guys, i have all the equipment to completely repaint this thing and im in University so over the summer i gotta lot of time, so my plan is just to go super slow, ill prep/prime and paint panel by panel starting with the top and working my way down to the rusty pieces last. My friend at the local body shop recently cut off some rear quarters on a 66 chevelle, the owner of the chevelle hasnt come back to pick them up in quite some time so hopefully i can snatch em for free, will these quarters work?

And you can purchase reproductions of the valve cover decals for about $20 which would look great!

Hey havent tuned in for a bit now, but I have the trunk-lid all primed up and ready for paint, but its hard to find the hardner and reducer for acrylic enamel since all the body shops had to switch to Urethane paint so ill get my dad whos driving to Edmonton anyways to look for me,

And about the original stock valve covers I have them in the Edelbrock box, the guy i bought them from was smart enough to keep them, they are dirty as hell, what should i do to them are they painted or what?

Ill be sure to post before//after pics of this repainting process aswell as those valve covers,

Take them to a radiator shop and have them hot tanked to remove all the baked on oil and old paint, if they have some rust they can be bead blasted to clean them up, then prime and paint to match the engine.

I primed/painted mine with Duplicolour high heat engine paint ... Chevy orange. Mine look just like Islander's.
