Make AMC
Model Other
Trim Javelin
Year 1974
Kilometers 1000

Coming out of storage this weekend. Must sell. Bought to restore.
Moved and have no room to keep it anymore. Been in storage for 4 years. So 4 years of dust and dirt to go with it. Drove it into the barn. Will need to be flat decked. Perfect car for project or restoration.
1974 AMC Javelin. It has a 350/350TH swap. The engine has had some work. Flat top pistons. Headers. Edelbrock intake. Demon carb. Comp cam.

Has Cragar SS wheels, needs new rubber. Cowl hood. Has 2 sets of front fenders, the originals and new ones that are almost perfectly straight and free of the normal hump corrosion they are known for. Also new bumper valance.

Front end currently disassembled and in the car.
Looking to get $2000 or trade for a shed or Japanese vehicle.
The fenders are pretty much pressed gold. They are rare. No one makes restamps. The cheapest I could find on e-bay were 600 a piece. For my asking price you are getting a steal. Car is located in Cornwall PEI.

You can call me at 902-940-7782 after 5 pm or text anytime. I check emails daily.

Ya, I saw this too Tom. For some strange reason, there are a lot of Javelins located on PEI. confuse

A great ad ... seems straight foward! I like the line; "I check emails daily". Whoa!

It does look like a good deal, however it is partially disassembled and doesn't have the original drivetrain, which would lower value IMHO.  The ad doesn't say anything about the rust condition of the body, but it was "bought to restore" 4 years ago, so I'm assuming it needs something in the line of rust repair.

Nice deal, but sounds like the car needs just about everything and won't be back on the road without a lot of time and money spent on it.

I saw a fair number of AMC's when we were in PEI as well.

Got me interested until I read about the engine swap.

Maybe the motor and tranny are from a Canadian Pontiac. That would add value.
