Original 396-325 hp engine[new rebuild Never started} and M20- 4 speed are with the vehicle . Presently the car powered by a 454 - 450 Hp crate engine and new Muncie 4 speed manual transmission with a Centerforce dual friction clutch . New shifter , HEI ignition and new Edelbrock Q-Jet. Rebuilt front end .New brake drums , booster , and stainless steel brake lines .New 3 core rad and aluminum water pump.New dual exhaust ,2.5 in mandrel bent tail pipes. Power steering with tilt column , power windows . Over all interior is very good with new bucket seat coverings and original door panels . Dash pad is new and carpets have been replaced .Super pro tach and dual gauges added . New American racing torq-thrust 15 x 7 and BFG T/A 235/60 and 235/70 . Stock 12 bolt with 3.31 ratio

It was for sale by Rick's estate for $30K, and he paid less than that.  Looks like he's had the original 396 rebuilt, but hasn't installed it, and hasn't run it either.  Depending on what was replaced, the rebuild would cost $2-3K.
